At Essenza Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we only accept returns under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product was missing from your order.
- The item arrived leaking or defective.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue may be requested.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used perfumes and fragrances.
- Products with broken manufacturer seals (unless damaged during delivery).
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Personal preference regarding fragrance scent or longevity.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the product and packaging
- An unboxing video (if available)
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
After your return request is approved and the product (if applicable) is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect product.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly shipped
We do not offer exchanges for fragrance preference or change of mind.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), Essenza Fragrances will bear the return shipping costs.
If the return is not due to our error, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, where applicable.
